Moscatello di Taggia

Riviera Ligure di Ponente

Moscatello di Taggia is an ancient ligurian grapevine, a White Muscat clone that has even more flavour and softness here in Liguria.

Since 1400 it was already among the major renowned wines, exported in North Europe and loved by nobility above all the Pope’s court. It was quite rare because of the parasites but it has returned to the market thanks to the hard recovery work and the collaboration between Liguria and the University of Turin.

We produce few amounts of bottles in traditional way, with great passion and oenological research to give it back its ancient glory.
